About Us

Terrier Antiques is a traditional style antiques shop nestled in the heart of West Yorkshire, after starting out renting cabinet space in a local antiques centre and standing at fairs on a weekend we decided to take a shop and open our doors to the public in 2017 and since then have built up a solid local following of customers who have become used to seeing quality objects ranging from Georgian furniture to small French antiques hand picked on trips across the channel.

During our time in Cleckheaton we have featured on the BBC1 program "Make Me A Dealer" and filmed four episodes of Antiques Road Trip with experts Angus Ashworth, Charles Hanson and David Harper and our shop was featured on an episode of  the BBC favourite 'A Question Of Sport' in the "mystery guest" slot, we have recently also been proud to supply items for the BBC drama series 'Gallows Pole' and also series 2 of  'The Great'.

Searching out and buying unique and quality antiques has always been our favourite part of the business and that may be from fairs, auctions, other shops or doing house visits where we offer a free valuation service, we are always looking for the different, beautiful or stand out items that our customers both local and worldwide appreciate.
