Here we have a very good George III maker stamped ash, fruitwood and sycamore Windsor side chair dating to around 1800, the hooped back with roundel centred splat flanked by spindles, the saddle seat stamped twice to the rear 'W Griffin' on the ball and baluster turned legs, joined by an eliptical turned 'H' form stretcher, evidence of historic wood worm.
